Some monsters being pulled out......

This week saw a 13 year old lad called James Heath catch and land this seasons biggest fish weighing in at 22lb 3oz, he caught it on a black and green cats whisker fished from a floating line. Plenty more big fish have been landed to with Mr Shaun Marchington catching a great brace from the lower lake on the famous Pennine hedgehog, But this weeks fish of the week must go to Mr Dan Heath from Bradford with a fin perfect double caught on a bloodworm fished from a floating line. Best tactics despite all the rain still remains floating lines with buzzers and diawl bachs fished as a washing line with a floating fry or a hedgehog on the point. Snakes and dawson's olives have worked well on intermediate line but still only in the top 4 foot. Hot spots have been near the waterfall on the lower lake and from the first bench on the top lake where catches of 20 fish per session is common.
