Sorry for the delay in the posts......

All should be back to normal now, and I have plenty of news to catch up with you. Firstly congratulations to Mr Les Butterworth from Bolton for winning Pennines first gold tag competition, he caught 7 tags within the 3 month period winning him £250.00. The new competition starts today with the cash prize set at £250.00. Regarding the recent fishing it's been excellent with many bags into the double figures, dries and daddies have been working well on floating lines more so on cloudier days and in the afternoons well the air temperature as got up. Skinny black lures and olive cats have caught well on intermediate lines but not very deep, around the 4 foot mark. Best recent catch was Mr Lawson Bedford with 32 fish in 6 hours mainly to buzzers and black lures. Fish of the week goes to Mr Robert Gillies from Bury with his first double from Pennines waters caught on a olive green minkie fished from a intermediate line. Plenty more doubles to come this week plus a good stocking of bright silver 6lb rainbows due mid week.
